– Problems with your order?
Select the “My Order” tab under “Category” in the ticket system.
Be sure to include all important information, such as tracking number, order number, etc. , so that we can assign your order and ensure that the problem is solved quickly.

– Something went wrong with your payment?
Have you received an unjustified request for payment? Has your payment been declined, billed incorrectly, or canceled? If you have any payment problems, select the “Problems with my payment” tab in the ticket system and describe your problem to us as precisely as possible.

– Your order arrived damaged?
Do you have a justified complaint? Please add all important information to your ticket and upload photos that are as clear as possible. To do this, select the “Complaint” tab under “Category”. The more precise your information is, the faster we can solve your problem together. Please provide us with the following data:

WARRANTY CASES or COMPLAINTS:

WE NEED THE FOLLOWING THINGS FOR A COMPLAINT:
– THE INVOICE
– TELEPHONE NUMBER/E-MAIL
– PICTURES/VIDEO(S) OF THE DEFECTIVE ITEMS
– A DECLARATION OF CONSENT FOR THE TRANSFER OF YOUR DATA TO THE MANUFACTURER
(can simply be written in the ticket, with name “signed”)

– You have a technical problem?
Then contact us via the “technical support” tab in the ticket system and tell us as precisely as possible what you need help with. We will help you as soon as possible.

– Returns
Do you want to return an order? To do this, print out the cancellation form and send everything back to us. All other conditions can be found HERE .

– Spare parts / accessories requests
Are you missing something in our shop? Do you need a special spare part or accessory? Then simply make a request. We’ll get you the product you want.
